What We Do

Fuji Hana brings a unique dining experience to the New Orleans area. We offer both sushi and hibachi dining. Settle in a cozy booth, converse with the chefs at the sushi bar, or join the chefs at the hibachi grill for a dinner and show.

We take pride in making beautiful sushi dishes. From fresh sashimi and delicate hand rolls to baked salmon and deep fried sushi rolls, we have a large selection of ingredients that will please any style of preparation-both raw and cooked.

With fourteen hibachi grills, we are the largest hibachi restaurant in the area. Our talented chefs start with only the freshest ingredients to cook delicious entrees while providing an entertaining show.
